"Our favorite chops, the ones we prepare with red wine."

Ingredients

  • pork chops - 4 - 6 pcs
  • for the marinade
  • honey - 1 tablespoon
  • red wine - 2 tablespoons
  • soya sauce - 3 tablespoons
  • mustard - 1/2 tsp
  • lemon juice
  • garlic - 1 clove
  • savory
  • paprika
  • vinegar - 1/2 tsp
  • onions - 1/2 head, optional
  • oil - for frying
  • for the rice
  • rice - 1 cup
  • water - 3 cups
  • salt

How to make

Mix everything except the chops and rice until it all becomes homogeneous. Then soak the chops in the marinade and leave in the refrigerator. In the meantime, put the rice to boil with the salt. After 10 min, take the steaks out of the fridge and put them in the hot oil.

Turn them over after 2 minutes on each side and after they're crisped, begin to pour on the remaining marinade until the chops become deliciously dark brown. Turn off the heat and leave it to rest.

When the rice is ready, put it into a bowl with 1-2 chops and serve it with extra lemon juice and soya sauce. Bon appetit! I recommend serving it with red wine... :)
