How to make
Mix the yoghurt and baking soda. Add the flour, sugar and ginger to the mixture. Mix and leave the dough to rest for a moment.
In the meantime lightly grease the cake shapes, using a basting brush. Spread out the dough in them and put them in a preheated oven at 350°F (175 °C).
Bake for 15-20 minutes and take out the cakes. Place them on a tray or plate.
Optionally, decorate each cake further using your imagination.
