Ingredients

  • pig lungs - 10 lb (4.5) kg
  • pork - 9 lb (4 kg), or meat from pig heads
  • leeks - 2/5 tsp (2 kg)
  • rice - 1 1/5 cups (300 g)
  • savory - 4/5 cup (200 g)
  • chili peppers - 7 oz (200 g)
  • salt - 4/5 cup (200 g)
  • pig intestines - for stuffing

How to make

The liver is finely chopped with a cleaver. Add the pork meat, which is also chopped.

Wash and clean the rice and leeks, chop finely and add them to the meat. Add the savory, salt and chili peppers.

Knead everything well. Wash the pig intestine and begin to fill them with the mixture carefully.

Put the sausages in a pot with water, and boil until ready.
