How to make
Beat the eggs with a mixer, gradually adding sugar, milk, flour baking powder, cinnamon, vanilla, oil and grated rind of lemons and oranges while stirring.
Add dried fruits (raisins, cranberries, dried apricots, dried figs ), crushed walnuts and broken into small pieces chocolate to the prepared cake batter, while stirring with a spoon.
Add into a suitable pre-greased with butter and sprinkled with flour form. Bake in a preheated 360°F (180 °C) oven for about 50 minutes. Remove and sprinkle with powdered sugar and cinnamon by choice.
