How to make
Mix up a crumbing from the yoghurt, egg, baking soda, flour and breadcrumbs. Add about 1 cup water and season with the spices.
Stir everything and leave it aside for 5-10 min. In the meantime, cut the cheese into pieces about 1 thick. Dip each one in the prepared crumbing.
Braise on both sides in heated oil. Arrange the crumbed cheese bites onto paper towels, to drain away the oil.
Then stick a toothpick in each and serve in a suitable plate.
