How to make
Mix the flour with water to get an evenly thick porridge.
Add the salt, sugar and olive oil. Stir the mixture very well and let it sit for 5-10 min.
In the meantime, heat a very slightly oiled pan. Take some of the pancake mix and distribute it along the pan.
Once the pancakes are fried on one side, turn them over using a wooden spatula.
Vegan pancakes aren't too different from the classical pancakes with eggs and milk, so they can be eaten the same way.
