Ingredients

  • bread - 10 oz (280 g), old
  • cucumbers - 1
  • tomatoes - 5
  • red onions - 1 head
  • olives - 1 cup (225 g)
  • basil - 20 leaves
  • for the dressing
  • olive oil - 4 tbsp
  • wine vinegar - 1 tbsp
  • black pepper
  • salt

How to make

Soak the bread in water for 2 min., take it out and drain well, cut it and leave in the fridge for 1 hour.

Make a dressing by mixing together the products for it.

Chop the cucumber, tomatoes, onions and olives.

Add the bread and basil, pour on the dressing and toss the salad. Serve right away.
