Ingredients

  • raspberries - 3 cups
  • oranges - 1
  • yoghurt - 2 lb (1 kg)
  • maple syrup - 4 tbsp
  • pine nuts - 2/3 cup (150 g), fine

How to make

Mix the yoghurt with the fine pine nuts and leave it for 3 hours.

Blend the raspberries and add the maple syrup.

Squeeze out the juice from the orange, add it to the yoghurt.

Distribute part of the raspberry puree into bowls and cover with the yoghurt. Pour on the remaining raspberry puree.

Leave for 1 hour in the fridge and serve.
