How to make
Grind the walnuts and mix them with the cinnamon and vanilla sugar. Beat the egg yolks and powdered sugar into a light foam, add the beaten egg whites and nuts.
Pour the mixture into a greased with butter mold, pour the mixture in and cover with buttered parchment paper. Cover the top with a lid and cook in a water bath for an hour.
Uncap the finished pudding, leave to cool and serve with whipped cream. You can bake the pudding in a water bath in the oven.
