How to make
Heat the olive oil in a pot, add the chopped pancetta and braise for several minutes.
Add the dried chili pepper and black pepper, stir and add the finely chopped onions and garlic.
Cook for about 8 more min., pour in the tomatoes, reduce the heat and saute 15-20 min.
In the meantime, boil the pasta and strain it. Add it to the sauce with 1/2 cup of water from the boiling and stir for a few min.
Sprinkle with pecorino and serve.
