Ingredients

  • flour - 1 1/5 cups (300 g)
  • butter - 2/5 cup (100 g)
  • powdered sugar - 1 tbsp
  • eggs - 2 whole + 1 egg yolk
  • walnuts
  • sugar - for sprinkling
  • marmalade - for sticking the cookies together, optional

How to make

Make the butter and flour into crumbs and add 1 tbsp powdered sugar.

Mix a dough with 1 egg and 1 egg yolk, roll it out and cut out cookies of the desired shape.

Bake them in a moderate oven in a tray with baking paper.

If desired, you can smear them with a beaten egg, sprinkle with sugar or ground walnuts or almonds.

Once the cookies are baked you can stick them together with marmalade or a jam of your choice.
