How to make
Clean the strawberries from their stems, wash and blend them. Mix the puree well and leave it in the freezer for 2 hours, stirring it every half hour.
Chop the mint finely. Mix the milk with the honey and yoghurt until the honey dissolves completely. Add the strawberry puree and mint and stir everything once again.
Distribute into forms, placing a wooden popsicle stick in the middle of each. Leave in the freezer for 3 hours, remove from the forms and serve like an ice cream.
