How to make
Combine the flour with the softened butter, 1 egg and the sugar. Add the salt, yeast and milk. Knead a dough and leave it to rise in a warm area.
Knead again and divide it into 16 parts. Shape the body of a rabbit from each by forming a strip and wrapping it like a seashell.
Stick the head to it, made by flattening a ball and pulling out ears for the bunny. Put raisins for eyes. Smear each bunny with a beaten yolk and bake at 360°F (180 °C).
