Ingredients

  • peppers - 14 oz (400 g), green, red, yellow
  • pork - 14 oz (400 g), fillet
  • onions - 2 heads
  • butter - 2 tbsp
  • broth - 1 cube, beef
  • soya sauce - 1 - 2 tbsp
  • gouda - 5.5 oz (150 g)
  • rice
  • black pepper
  • salt

How to make

Cut the peppers finely and the fillets into medium pieces. Heat the butter and braise the onions until softened.

Add the meat and brown it on both sides. Add the chopped peppers, broth cube and 2 tbsp water. Add salt, black pepper and soya sauce.

Let the products saute for about 15 min. on low heat, stirring from time to time.

Sprinkle the grated gouda cheese, cover with a lid and saute another 5-6 min. Serve on a bed of rice.
