How to make
Peel and clean the onions, Wash the bunches and chop them finely.
Heat the olive oil and saute them. Add the peeled and chopped garlic cloves. Stir and cook for 1-2 min.
Clean the mushrooms, cut them into slices and add them to the vegetables. Season with salt and black pepper.
Cook 4-5 min. until the mushrooms are ready, don't stir too often.
Finally, add the spicy chutney (or chili) and stir.
Garnish with fresh parsley. Serve warm.
