  • feta cheese - 12.5 oz (350 g), sheep's, brined
  • tomatoes - 2
  • peppers - 1 large, red, (can use marinated chilies)
  • chili peppers - 3 - 4, green
  • cheese - 2 handfuls of grated cheese or parmesan
  • olive oil
  • parsley
  • oregano

How to make

Prepare 4 heat resistant bowls. Put some crumbled brined feta into each, along with tomatoes, peppers, cut into slices and a little olive oil.

Sprinkle with cheese or parmesan on top, season with salt and bake about 20-30 min. at 360°F (180 °C) until the cheese melts but before it crisps.

Before serving, sprinkle with fresh parsley and/or oregano.
