How to make
Dissolve the yeast in some of the warm milk, add the sugar, salt and stir everything. Leave it for 5 min. as is.
Mix the remaining milk with the saffron, melted butter and cottage cheese.
Pour the milk and cottage cheese mixture into the sifted flour, then add in the yeast mixture and knead a dough.
Leave it for 1 hour in a warm place. Knead the dough once more, divide it into balls, make scones with a letter S shape from them.
Smear the scones with the beaten egg and sprinkle with raisins. Bake 15 min. at 430°F (220 °C).
