For the cream, set aside 2/5 cup (100 g) of milk in a bowl, boil the rest and add the sugar to it. In the bowl with the milk, beat the eggs and add flour until the blend thickens.
In a thin trickle, pour this into the milk with the sugar and put it back on the stove so that the cream thickens. If necessary, add more flour.
Prepare hot water and add a little sugar, then shape the cake layers into circles (if they are not already round). Begin alternating between cake layers soaked with a little water and cream.
In a bowl, prepare the liquid chocolate mixed with 2/5 cup (100 g) confectionery cream - it needs to be quite runny in order to be able to smear it.
After you have arranged the final cake layer, put the liquid chocolate on top. Beat the rest of the cream with a mixer and make decorations with a pastry bag.
