How to make

For the base, melt the milk chocolate in a water bath and add the peanut butter. Stir until a homogenous mixture is obtained.

Pour the base in mini paper baking cups and place them in the refrigerator to set.

For the cream, place the sugar in a small saucepan and melt until you get light caramel.

Once the caramel is ready and still hot, add the roasted, peeled peanuts. Stir well so that it can stick to them and then transfer them onto baking paper until they cool.

The cooled caramel peanuts must be grinded very well, for which you need a powerful blender. The liquid cream is heated until it boils and the chocolate is poured over it, which must be broken into small pieces and placed in a bowl.

Wait about 1 minute for it to soften and stir well until you get a homogeneous mixture.

Mix the peanuts with the caramel powder along with the chocolate mixture, mix well. Place the mixture in a piping bag.

The resulting peanut praline is piped out onto the chocolate base. Leave in it the refrigerator for about 20 minutes so that the praline can set. Place a peanut on top of each praline for decoration.
