How to make
Clean the mussels well, washing them and scraping them with a rock. Chop the onions finely and fry them in heated oil, then add the chopped garlic.
Season with salt, paprika and black pepper. Arrange the mussels on top of the onions, pour in water and saute on a low stove. After the shells open up, take out the actual meat, put them back in the container and pour in the wine.
After you finish boiling, serve the mussel stew with slices of lemon. Optionally you can add 1-2 tbsp of cream for a richer taste.
