Ingredients

  • fine filo pastry sheets - 5 pcs.
  • leeks - 3.5 oz (100 g)
  • fresh spinach - 9 oz (250 g)
  • white cheese - 5.3 oz (150 g)
  • salt - to taste
  • black pepper - to taste

How to make

Stew the chopped leeks and spinach.

Grease a baking dish with oil, place the rolled out filo pastry sheets, by crossing them and greasing them with oil.

Distribute the leeks and spinach, season with salt and black pepper, crumble the white cheese.

Fold in all the protruding edges of the spinach pie and spread them with oil.

Bake the Albanian Lakror in a preheated oven at 180°C for about 20 minutes.
