How to make
Mix the coffee and milk and set the mixture aside.
For the Tiramisu cream, beat the egg yolks and sugar with a mixer until white.
Mix the mascarpone until fluffy. Separately, whip the cream until stiff.
Add the mascarpone to the egg yolk mixture, while beating continuously on low speed, and then add the cream.
Break the ladyfingers in half and arrange them evenly in 8 cups.
Pour 1 tbsp. of the coffee mixture and half of the cream over them.
Place another row of ladyfingers and cover them with the remaining cream on top.
Finally, sprinkle the Tiramisu with cocoa and refrigerate overnight so that the flavors and aromas can absorb each other.
