How to make
In a bowl, mix the flour, baking powder, salt, sugar, chocolate chips and lemon peel.
In another bowl, mix the egg, milk, melted butter, ginger and honey.
Combine the two mixtures and stir.
Pour the mixture into a cake tin covered with baking paper and greased with oil.
Bake the cake in an oven at 360°F (180°C) for about 40 minutes.
The white chocolate and ginger cake that smells amazing. You can serve it with ginger tea.
