"You said it was a quick kebab so I immediately dropped everything, just to make it."

Ingredients

  • pork - 21 oz (600 g) tender meat (can use veal)
  • potatoes - 4
  • carrots - 4
  • peppers - 3 - 4
  • tomatoes - 1 cup, grated
  • garlic - 4 cloves
  • onions - 2 heads
  • oil - 5 tablespoons
  • paprika - 1 teaspoon
  • savory
  • parsley
  • salt

How to make

Cut the pork into bite-sized bits. Put them in a pressure cooker and cover with the vegetables, which have been washed and sliced.

Add the garlic, oil, spices, tomatoes and pour in 1 cup of warm water.

Put the lid on and boil on low heat 30 or so minutes. Serve the dish warm, sprinkled with chopped parsley.
