  • coffee - 13.5 fl oz (400 ml)
  • milk - 13.5 fl oz (400 ml)
  • sugar
  • vanilla - 1 tsp.
  • gelatin - 2 tbsp (20 g)

How to make

Pour one gelatin into a glass of lukewarm water, mix it with a spoon and let it swell for five minutes. In a bowl with hot water, place the glass with the gelatin and stir until dissolved.

Then prepare coffee - 400 ml and add sugar to taste. While still warm, pour dissolved gelatin, stirring well and distributing it into four glasses.

Put them in the refrigerator for 1 hour. Once the time has passed, the second gelatin is dissolved in the same way.

Heat 400 ml of milk, sweeten it, add vanilla and dissolved gelatin. Stir well and leave the milk to cool.

When the milk has already cooled, distribute it into the cups with jelly coffee.

Then they are refrigerated again for another 1 hour.

Serve with a piece of chocolate.
