  • sugar - 1 tablespoon
  • butter - 2 tablespoons, melted

How to make

Beat the eggs with the sugar and milk. Gradually add the salt, flour with baking powder, and finally mix this with the melted butter using a wire whisk.

Heat a little oil in a non-stick frying pan. Pour in nearly full ladles of the mixture and bake the pancakes on both sides. Traditionally, Swedish pancakes are usually served with a dark jam and whipped cream.
