How to make
Fill the buttered and salted turkey with 3 cups of old bread crumbs, 2/5 cup (100 g) raisins, black pepper and 2/5 cup (100 g) walnuts.
Sew it closed, cover in foil, bake in an oven dish on top of plum tree branches, with a little water and oil. Serve in the dish in which it was baked.
