Ingredients

  • eggs - 3
  • sugar - 3 teaspoons
  • oil - 3 teaspoons
  • flour - 3 cups
  • apples - 2 - 3 cups (grated)
  • baking soda - 1 teaspoon
  • cinnamon - 1 teaspoon

How to make

Whisk the eggs. Gradually add the oil, flour and baking soda while stirring with a wooden spoon. You will obtain a dough, which needs to be divided into 2 equal parts.

Roll out one layer. Place it in an oiled tray, sprinkle it with the apples, that you've mixed with the sugar and cinnamon. Place the other rolled out layer on top of them.

You can put walnuts on the cake, if desired. Bake the rolled out cake with apples in a preheated 390°F (200 °C) oven.
