Ingredients

  • whole wheat flour - 1 cup
  • oat flour - 3 cups
  • carob powder - 1 cup
  • raisins - 2 cups
  • coconut flakes - 1 cup
  • almonds - 1 cup chopped
  • bananas - 4
  • apple juice - 1 cup
  • vanilla - eyeball it

How to make

Mix together the whole wheat and oat flour, coconut flakes, vanilla, almonds and 1 cup of raisins. In a food processor or blender, add the other cup of raisins and apple juice, bananas and carob powder. Blend everything to homogeneity.

Pour this mixture into a bowl and mix well. Pour spoons of the mixture apart from one another in a tray with baking paper.

Put the vegan sweets to bake in a moderately heated 360°F (180°C) oven for 15-20 minutes, being very careful not to bake them too long, because they will end up dry.
