Ingredients

  • linseed - 0.5 oz (15 g)
  • water - 1.2 oz (35 g)
  • spelt flour - 2 oz (55 g)
  • flax flour - 0.9 oz (25 g)
  • coconut oil - 0.35 oz (10 g)
  • agave syrup - 1.8 oz (50 g)
  • cinnamon - 0.3 oz (8 g)
  • ginger powder - 0.15 oz (4 g)
  • baking soda - 1 tsp.
  • vegan chocolate - 1.1 oz (30 g) for decoration

How to make

Mix the flaxseed and water in a glass and leave it to swell.

Mix the rest of the ingredients in a bowl, add the swollen flaxseed and mix well.

From the resulting mixture, form ginger sweets with the help of molds and place them in a tray onto baking paper.

Bake them in a preheated oven at 390°F (200°C) for 7-8 minutes.

Then melt the chocolate in a water bath and decorate the vegan sweets with it.
