How to make
Mix the flaxseed and water in a glass and leave it to swell.
Mix the rest of the ingredients in a bowl, add the swollen flaxseed and mix well.
From the resulting mixture, form ginger sweets with the help of molds and place them in a tray onto baking paper.
Bake them in a preheated oven at 390°F (200°C) for 7-8 minutes.
Then melt the chocolate in a water bath and decorate the vegan sweets with it.
