"After summer comes the tastiest season of all - that of caviar and appetizers."

Ingredients

  • eggplants - 2 roasted
  • feta cheese - 3.5 oz (100 g), crumbled
  • eggs - 1, hard - boiled and peeled
  • yoghurt - 1/3 cup
  • garlic - 1 - 2 cloves
  • salt - 1 tsp
  • oil - 1 - 2 tablespoons

How to make

Peel and cut the baked eggplants into small pieces, put them in a bowl. Add the feta cheese and finely chopped egg to them.

Crush the garlic and mix it with the yoghurt, salt and oil, throw them in to the eggplants and mix well. Pour out into a salad plate or bowl.

Decorate with a sprig of parsley or a chopped boiled egg.
