How to make
Cut the onion finely and mix all the products except the sauerkraut leaves.
Put 1 teaspoon of the mixture into each sauerkraut leaf and wrap them up. At this size, you will get about 20-30 dolmades.
Arrange them in a pot in which you have placed a few sauerkraut leaves in advance. Add 2 cups water, put an upturned plate on top.
Let them boil on medium heat.
