Vegetarian Ramen - delicious Asian-style spaghetti soup.
Cut the spring onions into small pieces. The garlic is finely chopped. Cut the mushrooms into slices. The spinach is washed and cut.
The tofu is cut into cubes, fried in 1 tbsp. of heated oil until lightly browned on each side and flavored with 1 tbsp. soy sauce.
The remaining oil is heated and the spring onions and mushrooms are fried in it. Shortly after, add the garlic along with the ginger, 2 tbsp. soy sauce and sugar. Pour the water and when it boils, lower the heat and add the semi-cooked spaghetti.
When they are almost ready, add the spinach and tofu. Leave them for a few more minutes until the spinach is ready.
When serving in 2 bowls, separate the noodles and the other products and pour the broth over them.
