"Enjoy the protein cookie while it is still warm with a cup of coffee!"

Ingredients

  • protein - 1.1 oz (30 g) cookie and cream flavor
  • almond flour - 0.35 oz (10 g)
  • skyr - 0.5 oz (15 g)
  • almond tahini - 0.7 oz (20 g) or another nut tahini/butter
  • milk - 1 2/3 tbsp (25 ml)
  • biscuits - 0.5 oz (15 g) optional

How to make

Mix all the products, except the biscuit, in a bowl and mix well until a homogeneous mixture is obtained.

Crumble part of the biscuit into the mixture and mix again.

From the resulting mixture, we form a cookie in a plate on baking paper and crush the rest of the biscuit.

Bake the cookie in the microwave for 1-2 minutes or until done (if desired the cookie can be baked in the oven).

Enjoy the protein cookie while it's still warm with a cup of coffee!

*If necessary, add more flour/milk depending on the consistency obtained.
