How to make

The amaranth is boiled and strained.

The cauliflower is cleaned and cut into florets and boiled or roasted until soft. I roasted it, with some curry and olive oil and water at the bottom of the baking pan.

Then I blended everything together - cauliflower and amaranth. I added the oats, soaked in warm water, enough to cover them, followed by the flour.

I heated oil in the pan and added some of the mixture with a spoon. I cooked them on medium heat on the stove until done on both sides.
