How to make
Cut the sausages into pieces and fry them in a little oil. Take them out and add a little more oil. Fry the flour in it and gradually dilute it with the warm broth and milk to the desired density.
Stir constantly with a whisk and once thickened, add the sausages. Beat the eggs and yoghurt and thicken the fricassee.
Remove it from the heat and season to taste with all the spices. Serve the dish decorated with slices of carrots.
