How to make
Melt the yeast and sugar in a little warm milk. Sift the flour with the salt. Pour it into a pan and make a well in the middle. Add the other products into the well, add the melted yeast and knead a soft dough, leaving in a warm area for 30-40 minutes to rise.
When risen, gently knead and roll out into a rectangular form. With a sharp knife, make cuts perpendicular to the longer side, but without reaching down to the middle. In the middle of the dough, place the smoked meat, boiled eggs - whole or in halves, cover with the chopped spinach and finish off with grated cheese.
Begin to cover the filling for the bread, wrapping the cut strips of dough one by one over the filling. Transfer this bread to a greased baking tray and bake in a preheated 360°F (180 °C) oven for 35-40 minutes or until ready.
