Ingredients

  • chicken - 46 oz (1300 g) or 1 whole chicken
  • butter - 125 g cream
  • eggs - 3, hard - boiled
  • mustard
  • black pepper
  • lemon juice
  • mayonnaise
  • pickles
  • salt
  • savory - 3 pinches

How to make

Put the chicken to boil, then drain it and let it cool. Separate the meat from the bones if necessary and grind the meat with eggs twice in a meat grinder.

Beat the butter well and add it along with 2 tablespoons of the cooled broth, in which you boiled the chicken. Season it with spices and savory.
