How to make
With a sharp knife, cut several small slits into the turkey legs and place the peeled garlic cloves in them.
Heat the olive oil to a moderate temperature and lightly fry the legs on all sides for about 10 minutes or until they are slightly golden.
Meanwhile, make the marinade by mixing the honey, soy sauce, spices (coriander, ginger and parsley), broth and water. Pour the marinade into a multicooker or slow cooker.
Season the legs with salt and black pepper and place them in the marinade. Cook for 6 hours on a slow cooking program.
When ready, pour the sauce from the cooking into a container and boil for about 30 minutes until the heat is reduced to a moderate temperature. Place the legs in a baking pan and pour the thick sauce over them.
Bake in an oven heated to 300°F (150°C) for about 15 minutes, by pouring them with the sauce periodically to caramelize the glaze on the legs.
When serving, sprinkle with parsley and spring onions if desired and drizzle the meat with the sauce.
