How to make
I carve out the eggplants and salt them.
I chop the carved out part into small pieces and mix with the minced meat and spices.
I fry the mixture until the minced meat turns into crumbs.
I fill the carved out eggplants, add a little water, put foil and bake the appetizing stuffed eggplants in a heated oven.
After about 30 minutes, I remove the foil and put a mixture of the blue cheese and some grated cheese on top.
Bake the eggplants with minced meat and blue cheese until golden.
