  • okra - 1.8 lb (800 g)
  • onions - 1 cup small ones
  • mushrooms - 5 - 6
  • tomatoes - 4
  • vegetable oil - 4 tbsp.
  • wine - 1 wine glass
  • black pepper
  • parsley
  • salt

How to make

The stems of the okra are cut off and it is washed.

Cut the washed and cleaned tomatoes and mushrooms into small pieces.

The small onion is peeled and boiled in a little water with a pinch of salt.

When it softens, add all the other products (without the parsley) and 1/2 cup of hot water.

The dish is boiled over low heat, covered with a lid, for about 40 minutes.

Sprinkle the stew with parsley and serve it cold.

The okra with mushrooms and small onions is very tasty.
