How to make
Sift the flour into a bowl, add the milk and salt and knead the dough.
Transfer the dough into the counter that is sprinkled with flour and knead until you get a smooth and slightly hard dough.
Leave the dough covered for 15 minutes to relax slightly.
Then make balls of it the size of a tangerine - about 6 balls. Roll out each one by sprinkling some flour.
In a heated pan sprinkled with a little flour, you immediately place a thinly rolled out ball.
Bake until the flatbread rises slightly. Turn it over and bake on the other side.
This is how the other balls of dough are made.
To spread the flatbread, mix all the ingredients well and spread them on top.
