How to make
Finely chop the spring onions, parsley and dill.
Beat the eggs and mix them with the greens. Add the milk and flour, salt and mix until homogeneous.
Heat oil in a non-stick pan. Pour the mixture and fry the omelet until done on both sides.
Serve the omelet warm for lunch. You can garnish it with vegetables of your choice.
