How to make
Mix the 3 types of flour in a bowl with the baking powder, salt, sugar and black pepper. Pour in the oil and stir until you get crumbs. Add the water and knead the dough.
Allow it to rest for 20 minutes and then roll out a sheet with a thickness of 3/16 (5 mm). Cut out biscuits using shapes or a glass and sprinkle them with sesame and poppy seeds.
Arrange them in a tray with baking paper and put to bake in a preheated 390°F (200 °C) oven. Baking takes about 12-15 minutes.
