"The favorite fish sticks of little hungry people"

Ingredients

  • eggs - 1
  • tuna - 1 small tin
  • cheese - 1.8 oz (50 g)
  • whole grain flour - 0.7 oz (20 g)
  • breadcrumbs - 0.5 oz (15 g)

How to make

Beat the egg and grate the cheese.

We mix all the products, except the breadcrumbs and mix well.

From the resulting mixture we form fish sticks, roll them in breadcrumbs and arrange them in a tray onto baking paper.

We put them to bake in a preheated oven at 390°F (200°C) oven until done.

We serve the finished fish sticks with a homemade skyr or yogurt, fennel and garlic sauce!
