How to make
Grate the potato on a fine grater.
Mix the grated potato with the minced meat, 2 tbsp. oil, salt, black pepper and oregano to taste.
Leave kneaded minced meat for at least an hour.
Form meatballs and roll them in flour.
Fry the finely chopped onion, garlic and carrot.
Add the tomato puree diluted with a little water and season with paprika, black pepper and salt.
Put the meatballs in the tomato sauce. Add more water, if necessary.
After they have simmered for ten minutes, add the peas.
We leave the meatballs with peas on the stove for another 10-15 minutes.
Serve the turkey meatballs with peas with finely chopped parsley.
