Ingredients

  • apples - 17.5 oz (500 g)
  • sugar - 2/5 cup (100 g)
  • confectionery cream - 1 cup (250 ml)
  • vanilla - a few drops of essence
  • gelatin - 1 tsp (5 g)

How to make

Clean the apples and cut them into small pieces. Boil them until soft, drain and blend them into a smooth mixture once cool.

Mix the apple puree with the sugar and vanilla. Gradually add the cream and beat it with a mixer on low speed until thickened. Finally, mix in the soaked and slightly melted gelatin.

Distribute into cups and let it set in the fridge.
