How to make
Mix all the spices with the starch, semolina and breadcrumbs. Roll the fish fillets nicely in the dry mixture on both sides.
A tray is covered with aluminum foil or baking paper, greased with a little olive oil and the fillets are arranged in it, drizzled with a little olive oil on top and baked for about 20 minutes at 340°F (170°C).
Serve with potato salad or green salad.
