How to make
Mix together the sugar, jam, water, flour, cinnamon and oil. In a separate small bowl, mix the ammonium bicarbonate, baking soda, vinegar and stir.
Add this to the other mixture, mix well and add the chopped walnuts. Place into a greased and lightly floured cake form or tray.
Bake the cake with nuts and jam in a preheated 360°F (180 °C) oven.
